This service is best utilized for home and commercial site data collecting by real-estate and construction professional. We will survey the space, site measure, and prepare a base black line drawing and the pertinent data accompanying them. i.e. metric conversions, room sizes and characteristics and will also document photos and ceiling height with the respective characteristics not otherwise shown on plan for the user to review and consider.
These plans are not for construction use but simply for the use of the trade professional for reference only and in accordance to the BOMA act regulating usable and common spaces.
Contact us for fee structures, there is a minimum cost to which we formulate a base line from at a flat rate of $200.00 plus tax for unimpeded areas 1000 sf and under which is scaled up by area, complexity of spatial characteristics and content.
